How do I reset my password?

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?" below the password field. You'll receive an email
with a link to create a new password. The link expires after 24 hours. If you don't see the email,
check your spam folder.
How do I cancel my subscription?
▾
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan.
Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We don't offer prorated refunds,
but you won't be charged again.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. Go to Settings → Billing → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll
be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal.
Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice with NET 30 terms. Contact sales for details.
How do I export my data?

Go to Settings → Data → Export. You can download all your data as a CSV or JSON file.
The export includes your projects, tasks, and activity history. Large exports may take a few minutes
to generate.
Is my data secure?
▾
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest). We're SOC 2 Type II
certified and conduct annual penetration tests. Your data is stored in US-based data centers and is
never shared with third parties.
